Hold a BMath from the University of Waterloo and an MDiv from Canadian Theological Seminary. Working on an MA in philosophy at Waterloo. Unix user since 1982. QNX user from 1984 to 1987. Linux user since 1998. Mac user since 2005. Taught a comparative study of Windows and Linux at Algonquin College in 1998. Survived the carnage at Nortel, and worked on communications infrastructure for railway networks and converged mobility. Resigned to take up grad studies. Living in Waterloo, Ontario, Canada. Married. Keeper of three cats, a few serviceable computers, more books than I can shelve, and several vitality-impaired houseplants.
