i think your website has potential
but you really need a video advert on the main page to showcase the potential of this website. A (moving) image is worth a 1000 words

There are a bunch of people who have been tinkering with this idea here on CH.
You have actualy gone ahead and started the venture.

I quickly skimmed through the website and perhaps you should:

1- setup a tour section on the website, that is basically an advert that showcases what this website is capable of doing
2- setup chat rooms, where people can drop in , drop out as need be. You can setup categories for these chat rooms (20's, 30's, techies, etc)

and other suggestions along those lines.

personally I am a bit leery of installing any third party software.....so i will keep my comments to this for now.
