That is a blueprint for the long-term success of a company. Entirely based on a 10-year study of successful companies (such as Kimberly-Clark and Walgreens), a team of researchers came up with empirical data and derived theories about business from that data. They didn't try to prove a hypothesis, they let the hypothesis make itself evident. Absolutely a must-read!
