My friends, you bow to no one.

I am a teacher, actor, and writer. Sir Alec Guiness and Sir Ian McKellen are my acting heroes. Shakespeare and Beckett are my writing heroes. Eisner and Yoda round out my teaching heroes. My podcast is at... http://web.mac.com/srasporich/iWeb/Site/Podcast/Podcast.html

Thanks vanhees - the classically trained british actors are the best in my mind. See Sir Ian in Macbeth with Judy Dench - truly brilliant.

Hi raspyman. I just (yesterday) saw Ian McKellen as Sir Leigh Teabing in The Da Vinci Code. He plays so well that Tom Hanks and Audrey Tatou are completely invisable. Understand why he's one of your favourites!
