Born in Connecticut, started writing in college, at Colgate University. Worked in television production, then corporate communications. Went to business school at Cornell University, moved to Austin Texas and got into marketing. Worked in high tech marketing and made my way into Search Engine Optimization, which perfectly suits my skill set and temperament. One day I woke up to the reality that I had the wherewithall to market my own products -- I just didn't have any products. So I did what I always said I would do but never actually did: I quit my job, got a stupid job, and wrote a novel. And rewrote, rewrote, rewrote. I am finally done.
