My wife and I own a contemporary tea lounge in downtown Ferndale, MI (outside Detroit) and we are in the process of franchising the concept. I consider myself a serial entrepreneur and have founded multiple start-ups including both on and offline ventures. My newest venture is Karma Tea + Tonics a tea lounge franchise that can be described as a "Starbucks of tea." I also currently work as a Business Development and Online Marketing Manager for a publicly traded financial institution in Michigan. For years now I have been very interested in ventures similar to Cambrian House or "The Business Experiment" but for retail services and products or offline ventures. If anyone has any interest or insight, I'd like to hear.
