With only 15 years of age Juan Carlos was able to imitate the works of George Lucas with a Super 8 camera in his basement using puncture cardboard, lights and mirrors. Early on he figured out there are cheaper ways to do things if you focus. This passion and curiosity has followed JC on his career, always questioning traditional hypothesis and wondering what if? . He pursued a career in Communication Sciences and focused on several aspects of TV, Film production and Advertising. He started his journey in Advertising at large firms like Leo Burnett, McCann Erickson and J. Walter Thompson, His success crossed borders and “JC” moved into the U.S. to pursue his dream of one day changing the advertising industry. His passion, creativity and unconventional thinking led him to major positions in the advertising world, but he was never content and thought the best way to change the business may be at the Client side and joined The Coca-Cola Company. After several highly controversial projects and swimming against the tide he left the company to embark on his mission, Build the Agency model for the future generations.
