My eyes first opened (a long time ago) in a hospital on Sunset Blvd. in Hollywood California. To my amazement, I earned a PhD from the college of education and department of instructional systems design. Since 1987 I have been working with Accenture across numerous industries and geographies. As a partner, my primary responsibilities are to successfully manage a “learning” outsourcing operation and to bring thought leadership, strategic thinking, and practical innovation to bear on my client’s challenges and opportunities. My (very patient and nice) client is BT. My hobbies include riding my Harley Davidson without getting into an accident, taking pictures of people who do not like to smile, and riding my bicycle close to noisy and stinky double-decker red buses. I also enjoy visiting different countries and cities, staying away from the United States for as long as possible, going to the cinema or theatre, pretending I enjoy museums, and drinking a bunch of coffee. I am a father with two boys (ages 9 and 12). Our family has been living in London since December 2003.
