I am in innovative specialist, with the natural ability to see the world at large with a perspective unlike others. I see patterns where others see complexity; possess an internal fire to achieve, which often gives way to solving problems without stopping. In analyzing data, I see patterns and connections that lead to objective and sound theories on innovative and creative ideas. Fascinated by ideas, I use ideation as a strength to solve problems, in doing so am highly energized by developing solutions through connections that produce new perspectives on familiar challenges. Brainstorming is highly satisfying and motivating.
