Mr. John Meharg is a communications technology and environmental security field specialist. Mr. Meharg is an innovative R/D leader with a focus on international web-based economies, consumer market psychology, web architecture, the globalization of Internet traffic, and connectivity. Mr. Meharg is a military trained peacekeeper/network engineer and technology/communications expert who also served the Canadian Government in various Departments where he was responsible for updating and redesigning communications network infrastructure/ architecture/ software and web-based supports of various size networks. He leads PCPC security and technology divisions. Current research topics include a Post-conflict reconstruction (PCR) measurements of effectiveness and evaluation system. A PCR culture and economic accelerator international development franchise. Wireless path mapping, making invisible networks visible using electronic warfare technologies.
