Hello!

You've landed in the archive of the Cambrian House community. We've kept some pages here for posterity but the community is no longer active. Now we market the technology that made our early crowdsourcing a success.

Can we help you get to Cambrian House the company? – Come on over.

Are you seeking crowdsourcing technology? – Check out Chaordix by Cambrian House.

The Idea

A central location that blogs classify themselves into so readers can "channel surf" much like the genre listings in traditional television (sports, movies, music, etc.) This website will in essence, aggregate and define blogs that choose to be defined. Readers will decide on relevance, quality and appropriateness of classification as well as gain a targeted avenue for targeted advertising to communities of interest. I thought of this idea when I was...

Trying to find blogs and information sources for work and pleasure and getting only "recommendation for the best 10 tech blogs, etc." pages.

I am actually for this idea. Allows natural generation of blog networks rather than top-down decisions. Would make for some nifty blog widgets as well.
