How is this different from blogging or any of the other current publishing options?

I think it's like Micco said.
People are already blogging or post their knowledge on a website about their area of interest, for example:
Cooks post on cooking websites
Artists on art website
People who can make cool movies on YouTube
Some people have their own website where they posts their knowledge on.
Etc, etc...

All you need is to put your question in a search engine on the internet.
Put into google "how to make cake" -> Search -> http://www.videojug....-to-make-sponge-cake

the difference will be, this will give opportunity to earn some money who has got differnet knowledge, will be more organized, if plan works- we shall get everything in single website, we will filter the informations.

And this web site will accept a single tip too, that can make a big difference.

we may have known something different about life than what we have been tought or told,
the way we learn or see things could be differnet from others and we may have found out that we would learn easier and quicker in otherway and there could be others who match our thinking,,,if we share that knowledge it could benifit other like us too.

this web site will be one point collection of all those knowledge, ideas.

This would be great, but how would you surpass the free method available now Google what you want to know?

Not as well phrased and needing the usual filter in the ear/eye to distill information from the humble jumble.

What I propose is self-supporting teacher community, exponentially growing in skill and ability.

Connecting and administering these people over the Internet is going to be difficult.

We need to ensure the quality of information and skills transferred and that would require being picky until we feel confident to delegate, have every learner take a certificate course in teaching (without the money/paper -that will be optional).

The idea consists of these premises and I expect that there is a feasible experiment that could enhance our understanding of crowd behaviour and information sharing on the highest level societal interactions. 1. Selected individuals (only online connected or connectible volunteers across the globe) this provides for anyone with access to join. 2. Selected individuals are taught real life (separately, GPS-convenient) the art to teach. These teachers then teach other skills they are proficient at as well as teaching itself. All will be training and improving the training process by lower-level communication taboo through the Internet channel and easier meeting possibilities. This could enhance the participants' peer awareness and maximize highly tailored deliveries. This should create self improving IT-connected-HiveMind with the drive to learn and study and improve this quantum state collective consciousness getting aware. 3. I would like to measure the swiftness of information travel, time span of retention, quality of retention, emergence of independent patterns etc. I believe this could be done and it would be quite exciting to watch grow if it will be realized. I support your Idea too. Those two ideas can be worked together.

Some of the differences in the ideas are: *your idea is based on research, experimentation, development of teaching techniques ; and other idea is sharing personal experience.
* my aim is to share not just teaching method but sharing every experience or knowledge that can make a good impact in other's life too.

And how are you planning to source fund?

What I have experienced and seen is, different individuals have different way of learning things, but schools, books teach us in same way to everyone. If I find our how I can learn one thing easily and effictively, than the way we are being tought, there could be other individuals like me -whose way of thinking or learning ability is similar to mine, I can share my knowledge with those person through this web site.

And people may have learned different things in life, some may have learnt by accidently, or some family have their own way of doing things. They should share their knowledge to make others life easy and better.

If we gather all those information, filter them, promote them and share them. It will benifit all.

For me, "Book is the collection of ideas- from experiment, experience". If we can collect right ideas from all around the world, we can save that ideas from going lost and also share those ideas with everyone.

My idea is also about transferring all skills and abilities. Teaching is emphasis to ensure quality/consistency of teaching skills of the educators. Knowing where your destination lies and explaining the directions to a stranger are two different things.

Quality of the skill passed on is vital so that you gain more potential new teachers by allowing the newly educated ones ), that is why i build in those procedural points.

Specific customer deliveries - Taylor the material to individuals mode of study, exams (calendar) ...

PS. As a teacher myself, I would welcome a site where I could advertise my narrow specialties and general abilities for tutoring and such. So, find a way to make this different and I'll sign up.

This is one of those ideas that keeps appearing under different names and from different people... I suggest you check the archives for similar ideas and try to work with these people in order to share your ideas and skills and get a product to market.

I think the idea of a resource site where you can link up to be a 'teacher' to help people is cool. I can see how it could be a sorta cool thing until you find a bunk teacher who tells you the world is flat and that Detroit is the centre of the known universe.
