The Cambrian House Crew
I think web 2.0 and CH are the missing link for ordinary people to contribute meaningfully in the new ways of creating wealth in this so called new economy.Cycko, Feb 2007
Cambrian House began as a crowdsourcing community using a wisdom of crowds based approach to discover new business and technology ideas. These pages are being kept online as a technology demo to showcase Chaordix™.

There are currently plugins for existing blog platforms that handle feed redirects, however, if you switch blog platforms you are out of luck. If you use Feedburner, you can always change the source of your feed that Feedburner uses. But what if you want to move away from Feedburner someday? This idea very utilitarian as a feature service, but I think it addresses a growing niche. One of the greatest features of the blogosphere is the structured (or semi-structured) data flowing from the blogs via XML feeds. This, coupled with embedded microformats is the future of the web. However, changes to a feed URL can severely disrupt the readership and ability to syndicate and publish content to external servers. By creating a permanent feed URL using this service, you gain a URL that never changes regardless of blog platform or feed service (such as Feedburner). The service could also keep a permanent archive, spanning multiple blog instances and feed sources in one place. Biz Model = Ads
A friend of mine changed Feed URL and, though he uses the feed redirect on his blog platform, it is still not a permanent solution and if he ever changes blog platforms, he is out of luck. Now he has to somehow notify his reader base that they must change their subscription URL and hope that they do. That is a lot of steps, and I can see a lot of people only completing the first step; unsubscribing!
