Have you thought you had this really good idea and you wanted to know if somebody else thought it was a great idea. what this idea lets you do is let people vote on your idea and get a fast response to see if your idea is great or not by seeing how many votes you get. You can start your own company for the idea and invest money in your idea. Investors can invest in your idea and make money in it when it makes it in the top rankings of the voting list. You will be able to save your ideas after they have been invested in and been voted on. People on the site will be listed by their earnings, like top 25. Investors in real life can really invest in these ideas that made it in the top voting list. Inventors can also socialize on the website to. The voting of ideas are in a digg.com format style, which makes it easy to see everybodys ideas. Overall, this will help people produce the best ideas by competetion among other peoples ideas.
Just came to me by through experience by coming up with my web 2.0 ideas over the months.
Something like http://www.allmyideas.com/ ?

Sounds a lot like CH to me.
What makes it different from CH is it is in a digg.com format style when you vote on the ideas.
Well different voting models will eventually be a part of the CH infrastructure, so that's one reason you might not want to invest too much time in this if you're looking to build a site from scratch.
Motiggidy proposes a generic framework for launching voting centric websites...

...which would fit the bill of what you're talking about. We're trying to figure out what an ideal open source codebase for that might be, as I expect an existing CMS would already have a set of voting modules.
If we found such a framework, the idea is CH would in some way assist people looking to launch such sites as it appears the technical barrier is too high for most people proposing such sites.
Of course... your particular proposal presents a bit of a conflict of interest as far as getting CH staff to help you launch it.
