You've landed in the archive of the Cambrian House community. We've kept some pages here for posterity but the community is no longer active. Now we market the technology that made our early crowdsourcing a success.

Allows users to post their party information online to be able to attract larger crowds, and allows people to browse party listings in their area. Parties are organized by location, theme, attire, age, etc. The site will also be a community with member pages for the party-goers, and would have special pages for established clubs. Parties can either be posted as public, request, or invite-only. "Public" parties will have their details posted to anyone who views the posting. "Request" parties would require users to send a request for information, and if accepted by the party organizer, the information will be sent to them via e-mail. "Invite-only" parties only allow party organizers to browse the member community for certain people or certain personalities that they'd like to see at the party/club. This is a great idea because many people want to know when and where parties happen. They would also make use of the community to find friends to attend parties with.
I thought of this when I was thinking of sites that would be useful to typical users of community sites such as myspace.com.

Not that it couldn't be done better or with a much better community/social networking aspect. I just think its valuable to point out similar services and potential competitors.
Thats what myspace is for...
