The Idea

Exactly how it sounds. Here is the idea. The average person nitces 2 or 3 new things everyday. Think about it , new commercial you saw, new movie, cute girl, cute bumpersticker, billboard, an invention etc. Could be anything. Basically people all over the globs post either text, pictures, or videos of things they noticed that day. Once it is uploaded others vote on it whether it's stupid, interesting, kewl, awesome or whatever not sure exactly how it would work. whoever gets the most votes wins very month. I also want to give monthly topics. So let's say for example we say this month topic is bumperstickers. Basically, whoever uploads the best bumpersticker and gets the most votes wins! That's the idea. by the way I own the domain eyenoticed.com. Your thoughts?

I thought of this idea when I was...

I took my kids out for a walk. my son I put in the carraige and my daughter sat at the bottom where you are supposed to put groceries. Anyway as I am walkign someone stops me and says "hey cute idea' It was then that "eyenoticed" was born.

Sounds a bit like George Carlin's act. Humm, it might works as long as there is enough user participation.

It might advertisers to use you site as a way of getting people to "notice" new products. Maybe have a "scavenger hunt" angle as well, this will make people go and notice things in specific locations. I think you could drive a little viral marketing from this site.

Critical mass is the problem.
Seems a fresh idea, but you could easily been beaten by the big sites.

"Critical mass is the problem."
True, except if its small enough to grow. The keep would be not working on a large site project.

"Seems a fresh idea, but you could easily been beaten by the big sites."
Are there any sites doing it all ready?
