Mistakes will be made. But if a person is essentially right, the mistakes he or she makes are not as serious in the long run as the mistakes management will make if it undertakes to tell those in authority exactly how they must do their jobs.

Cambrian House began as a crowdsourcing community using a wisdom of crowds based approach to discover new business and technology ideas. These pages are being kept online as a technology demo to showcase Chaordix™.

The Idea

A program that would allow you to remotely update calendar, contacts, etc. to a smart phone so you don't have to plug it into a computer.

I thought of this idea when I was...

I am an admin assistant and my boss is rarely in the office, therefore I usually do not have an opportunity to update her phone with the latest appointments and contacts. She does not know how to use all the functions of the smart phone, and I suspect there are many people who don't or would rather have someone else do it for them...isn't that what they pay us for?! If the smart phone can receive emails, I would think there is a way to send from my computer new appointments, etc.
