If I find 10,000 ways something won't work, I haven't failed. I am not discouraged, because every wrong attempt discarded is just one more step forward.

The Idea

Well, we all know that today's spammers are annoying and quite hard to get rid of, who doesn't get about 30 emails a day containing junk mail? and if you try to unregister to this service, you will usually get even more spam. Spam scanners are a nice thing but what if we had a site who would be controlled by the users, each user who got spammed and tried to be removed from a list and discovered he can't should write the site and the spanner email address (although it can be fake), on the site, thus the site will have a small software updating all the spam filters of this spammer and also a piece of code that will block the spammer site from your computer, in that way you are going to be safe from mistakably entering the spammer site. Also sites who want to sell, and use spamming techniques will discover that the sales are droping.

I thought of this idea when I was...

Well, thinking of my poor email box

Make it a plugin that people could just click "This is spam", and it will automatically upload to the database. Make the database be checked for updates and auto-update the software on a regular basis. If people send and request updates frequently enough, spam could be killed nearly instantly.
