Hello!

You've landed in the archive of the Cambrian House community. We've kept some pages here for posterity but the community is no longer active. Now we market the technology that made our early crowdsourcing a success.

The Idea

Collection of tools for bloggers looking to start their own blog network. Tools allow multiple bloggers in similar topic area to form a network, strengthen links, improve traffic, and consolidate their feeds. Blog Gangz website profiles these different groups.

I thought of this idea when I was...

visiting the 9rules website and thought it would be nice if bloggers themselves could create their own community.

Blogrolls exist to serve all of that (with the little help from technorati, and then google and then super-blogs like boing boing and others), except consolidating feeds.

But, maybe we want more ways to form networks, prefferably in similar topic area and, as a consequence of our interconnection, we have strenghtened links and more traffic. And on top of that a site that will hold all that together... (maybe something like http://feeds.reddit.com/ is trying to do). I just retold your idea.

So, what's the idea? :)

How? How do you envision this creation of yours that you wish to take up to 10% from off its butter?

Advertising across the entire network to get critical mass for advertisers? Maybe a commision for it being arranged by the network organisers, rather than by bloggers themselves?
