Mistakes will be made. But if a person is essentially right, the mistakes he or she makes are not as serious in the long run as the mistakes management will make if it undertakes to tell those in authority exactly how they must do their jobs.

The Idea

an dead easy animating program where you basically draw a limb, bodypart, and then you can compile them all to make a person figure or whatever takes ur fancy and put them down on a background and move body parts and add a frame evry time you move a body part therefor creating an animation which can be exported to .gif .avi and bmp for seperate frames. this project needs a good paint program for drawing limbs and props and backgrounds. it should have the convenience of flash but the simplicity of pivot.

I thought of this idea when I was...

well all ppl close to me know i lurrrrrv animating and i found a program called pivot which is dead easy but it is for animating stick figures and added sprites from a alternate source but it is hard to make anything but stick figures with various pictures added in soo with this idea you can compile your own character and have props that you made in the program other than in paint

If this were combined with Imhotep's online collaborative movie project, and also with Andy Doan's "Film Funder", I think it could be something very interesting and enabling.
