The Idea
My Top Ten List is a web community where you post the top ten things you wanted to do before you die. Every member will post their top ten list and cross out any on the list they've already done. Other members could browse others list and could give any suggestion, advice or help in order to achieve any of the user's particular list.
You could also post stories how you've been able to achieved it and progress on your list. Anyone could help you in the community to achieved it by giving support, advice and suggestions. Also, you can see other members that has the same list that you do so you could interact and help each other achieve that goal.
A category will be created to easily searched specific goals to achieved, such as travel, career, business, etc. We could add other business affiliates such as travel agencies giving out discount or promos to people who wanted to travel to a specific place. List of other support can be endless depending on what the community needs.

I thought of this idea when I was planning for the things I wanted to do with my life and found out that most of it I still haven't achieved. I wanted to travel but doesn't know anyone in other countries that could help me in my travel, get to visit places that has limited access to tourist.

This is a very good site i think, but not some business!
If it is popular enough it will make money by some means. Once you know the ten things people want to do before they die itis quite easy to sell them holidays to Egypt, Bungee jumping weekends or whatever else.
It could make money by adding affiliates such as travel agencies, job finder, advertisement, shops that will sell them their dream car, house, etc.

This would be really cool, because you could search for other people based on the number of shared goals. You would assume that these people had something in common with you, so you would want to check out the items on their list that you haven't heard of.

everyone loves a good top ten list
you have niche ..but needs integrity to build which doesnt come easy.. however you could create some buzz and with right search engine affiliation even for local consumption at first say Phil yehey and or friendter ads...this one is viable!
