The Idea

Hi, my idea is to have a web site that has information for every physical job safety through out the world with guide lines posted by company employers and safety tips from employees that have real experiance of the dangers of the job which would be in constrution or even office physical dangers. Also there could be input from employees that can give you advice on what to expect from a job that is in America , Japan or India .Also if you have to work at a specailty job you could have a question site for specailists. Also you could get information on lawsuits that are happening between employees and companies , and know what to avoid.The web site would get payed from the companies that are involve in safety to protect their employees and for better improvement of safety. Also you would know what kind of power tools you maybe using.

I thought of this idea when I was...

I found that I got all my safety experiance on a construction site not from the executives that do have your safety in mind, but from the new employees who can tell you what to expect because they experienced it very recent, and I found that people think they have no work experiance, but they do, and thats what not to do, for your better safety.

how localised would this info be? considering the different jobs i've had, the hints and tips differ quite a lot.

having said that, it would be nice to have localised knowledge on a workplace as well as employer. i'm just curious how well info on one place translates to another (there being few standards except what law requires and unions have negotiated).

can you give a few examples of what i'd find on your site? and how would this be monetised?
