The Elevator Pitch

For Independent SEO/SEM providers worldwide who want to expand their market reach, be able to provide expanded services to larger clients, promote local clients in worldwide markets and network techniques globally. the Pr-7 consotium is a service provider that would allow an SEO client to go global in a matter of days in geographically targeted languages and get listed on appropriate engines in needed countries and is a service not currenly available anywhere outsideof large advertising houses which require huge deposits. Pr-7 can offer buzz, translations and market reach opportunities that are superior to any other SEO/SEM provider in business. The sum will be greater than the whole and be inexpensive when compared. Unlike ad agencies and Global agencies that have huge overhead. Each member of pr-7 will make our product their own..

The Idea

Pr-Seven will be an SEO consortium that can offer world-wide SEO for companies on all 7 continents (I am in Asia so count Asia as one) in a short amount of time and cost-effectively.

Members could submit sites to local engines, translate and optimize pages and offer ad campaigns to customers for products they hope to take global quickly...

Country representative, such as Culture Fish (my company), that have partner relationships with local portals as we do can offer advertising on area search engines. foe example: we have a relationship as a full-service re-seller on Baidu. We can offer rebates to participating SEO providers world-wide up to 6% for monies a client spends.

SEO members can also write BUZZ articles and make social network site posts/groups for clients in their native language on blogs and local websites for a fee based on site/group popularity (like PAY-PER-POST/TACK does) and generate dozens of quality backlinks and buzz for products ad services...

I thought of this idea when I was...

I received a call from the e-marketing director of a Fortune 200 company that had read an article on my blog about Baidu...He had tried unsuccessfully for months to get Baidu to communicate with him...He contracted us, a very small agency, to do their work in China....The addition of one major client has meant huge referrals for us and higher income...

I think most businesses going into a foreign market will do a lot more than translate their campaign and get listed in local language search engines.

So, that's where we outsource/crowdsource or in-house the remaining branding...

Chapeau ! , on another idea which can be quickly and easily crowdsourced and commercialized.

This does not apply solely to western companies who are trying to enter the Asian market.

If you glance at the English translation on most Asian Websites, you will realize that around 90% of them could avail of a service such as this.

Good Luck, I sincerely hope you get this up and running.

Kevin,

A link site? I don't understand...It would be a job-out site that allows small players to compete with the big boys...

Thanks Nick, Charon...

We just signed a confidentiality agreement for API access with Baidu too...That gives us the ability to do tracking on all campaigns...Though we need someone who can build it out...

Ya, I know I have a straight forward approach Facet. You have to win me over. I have seen thousands of ideas on CH.

"Decent idea for folks that need this type of service."
Yes decent idea, but I have seen them done with other SEO sites and services. There needs to offer something new for this to work.

What you are doing is posting links in affiliation/campaign/backlink farming style. As well as submit the site to local search portals correct? So, it is a linking SEO site. But, maybe you were trying to say something different and I miss understood you.

Lets see the other features.
submit sites to local engines: Been Done.
translate and optimize pages: Been Done
ad campaigns: Been Done
BUZZ articles and social network site posts/groups: Been Done

So, what is new that will give this site any lead over the sea of SEO sites.

I am sorry to say that I not only know of firms that do this. I know very capable people who have failed at it.

I think however that Culturefish's differentiator of finding local firms in various places has merit.

The idea however is not by any means new.

Is there anything else that could be done to further innovate global marketing?
