The Idea

my idea is creating a website that helps teens find jobs near them. jobs that are "cool" working at hollister or something.

I thought of this idea when I was...

looking at my friend working at sav-on after being rejected from virgin records.

You still have to be able to do the job. If you want to work at a "cool" place, why not go there, ask for an application and "sell" yourself to prove that you are "cool" enough to work in a "cool" place. Jobs just don't fall into your lap, you have to work at getting the job that you really want.

A lot of Interim agencies are outsourced by businesses. Because of the need of a certain amount of quality they let the interim agencies make a selection of the most appropriate candidates. I think it would cost a lot more money and time for businesses to select themselves candidates then let the interim agency do it for them.
