The Idea
Hothomenetwork.com already quasi exists. We need some seed capital to really knock it out of the park. We are a social networking site that is based around the ability to sell homes. We have a place where profiles can be set up and each individual can offer services, either financing, real estate sales, title policies and lending are hot services people post. We can also post properties to be sold. We can obtain revenue 2 seperate ways by charging for the listings or through advertising. We also have forums and blogs so that we can get our people involved in the site. Check it out! www.hothomenetwork.com
I thought of this idea when I was...
When my partners and I were dying in the downswing in the real estate market. We decided we needed a vehicle to help us sell more real estate, we then realized a lot of people would be able to benefit from a site where buyers and sellers of real estate meet. Everything that is needed for a transaction can be found on our site.
