Today you can buy credit card debt for very cheap ... imagine a site where u could work together to make collections on bad debt ... the more you collect, the more you get paid

Is this like Dog Chapman, except your hunting down debt instead of people on bail?

How do you plan on people collecting? They have no authority to collect and if some stranger came by saying I owed money I'm pretty sure I wouldn't pay them.
