The Idea

Everybody in this world, maybe haves creation song by them self. and I think, many of those song is better than with famous song in the world. Let’s make ONLINE MUSIC SHARE website. Not share commercial song but share all song who create by people in the world. Everybody in this world who have their creation song can upload their song in this site. By acoustic or by band or all kinds of genre, we accept them all and of course IT’S FREE download for everyone. Maybe with this way the owner of the song get famous. But I have one rule, all song must be in English language. If youtube share video from the people, let’s share creation music from entire world. And if any big music company who interest with our member song, they’ve must contact us for some deal and of course with the song’s owner too.

I thought of this idea when I was...

http://www.anywhere.fm/

etc.

Upload your own songs and (optional) download songs of others.
In other words: things like this are already existing.

The industry is way too overcrowded, and unless you have some sort of differentiating factor this is not going to work. It'll be very very very difficult to compete with Myspace, Purevolume, Soundclick, etc.

Sites like this have been around for at least 5-6 years that I know of, and it seems like the market is saturated. The only differentiating factor I can see in your idea is the "English Only" rule, which I would consider to negatively differentiate the idea.
