The Idea

Everybody thinks they have a good book inside of them. They have an idea But not the stucture or character development to get it going or lack ideas to finish it off. Develop a web site where just started, unfinished, joint venture books can be written by an author and then help sought for whatever help is needed. Books can be catorgarised by love, thriller etc and all collaboration entered into in a 50-50 (ratio depending on number of authors) profit split basis. Books can be marketed to publishers or publishers can come onto the site to view outlines of books that are finished. Comprehensive drafts can then be sent as and when requested. Authors would get cut of profits and a share would go to the site. Could be developed into advertising copy, copy writers selling scripts (maybe auction based). Its about writers melding ideas into one seamless book, script, poem, lyric and anything else in the written form. You can have a share forum.

I thought of this idea when I was...

its a theme on the concept that if you have an infinate number of monkeys sat at typewriters then sooner or later they are going to write the works of shakespear. Not a great analogy but the priciple is the same. Two or more great minds are better than one. Sort of like Ezinearticle sharing. Got the idea from looking at reuters news agency where all the articles are written from all over the globe and from different sources but come under the umbrella of reuters. A reputable and trusted source of information
