Hello!

You've landed in the archive of the Cambrian House community. We've kept some pages here for posterity but the community is no longer active. Now we market the technology that made our early crowdsourcing a success.

Can we help you get to Cambrian House the company? – Come on over.

The Idea

Imagine playing in a band online. Then imagine your band defeating monsters and overcoming obstacles. You will unlock special attacks and magic depending on the complexity of your song. Play quotHappy Birthdayquot and unleash light with the equivalent power of twelve candles. Play quotBohemian Rhapsodyquot and unleash the power of a death star. The ultimate goal, of course, is to face the other bands in a duel to the death. On keyboards, MIDI guitar, and percussion - together you will succeed in becoming more powerful! Add your own original songs, voted on by other bands, and receive special powers that only you will possess. Who knows? Maybe there will be special guest musicians lurking, waiting for new songwriters to emerge...

I thought of this idea when I was...

While developing an idea for a serious game 'How to Get to Carnegie Hallquot, where students have fun playing the game while developing their skills on the piano. Also while remembering the old 'Bard's Tale' game.

Head to head cover wars would be worth the price of admission for me!

Have a Rock Lobster war between a Punk band and Rap group and a classical guitarist. Who would win?

Great Stuff!
