If you have taken a look at that million dollar homepage idea where thousands of different companies advertise on one page because it was just a sticky trend. My idea is to do something similar to that but instead of companies advertising, people would advertise themselves by submitting a picture of there face that would join thousands of others on the same page. On the website page there would be 6 bigger boxes where pictures of users would be magnified when they rotate around the screen. This could be a neat new dating service or something more like myspace so if you clicked a picture you liked it would bring you to there own personal profile.
I have random ideas all the time
yeah awsome idea i thought of that a wile back and tryed doing it i still have the site i maid on my computer here i think...
?
Every person that sings up for the service will pay an entrance fee. Also they can buy plus so they will be featured more often and have better profile pages.
There are a number of ways to make revenue from this
This would work. It's all in the marketing. And yes, users would hae to pay an entrance fee, though you could probably give some away as part of the initial marketing effort.
The worse that could happen is it gets popular enough that advertisers start buying space instead of users.
Really, the idea is to make a browseable version of the million dollar homepage. Why limit it to pixel art when you can smoothly zoom in and out through a virtual galaxy of available users and ads?
No go for me.
