A website that uses webcams to help tutor. The teacher and student would both need webcams and the teacher could teach anything the student wants to learn, such as playing an instrument or learning to dance. Payments would be made through PayPal. The student would pay the site, and in turn, the site would pay the teacher. This way, both the site and the teacher profit. Anyone can become a 'teacher,' as long as they are qualified. For example, a person who cannot play guitar would not be allowed to TEACH guitar lessons.
