The Cambrian House Crew
The very premise of the site causes it to attract a community made up of smart creative people with very few trolls. The signal-to-noise ratio is extremely high on this site, and that's no small feat on the internet todayMicco
Cambrian House began as a crowdsourcing community using a wisdom of crowds based approach to discover new business and technology ideas. These pages are being kept online as a technology demo to showcase Chaordix™.

There should be a site where you can submit photos or video of outfits and ask other users if the outfit looks: put together, professional enough, appropriate for the occasion, in style or whatever you want to know. There could be celebrity drop-ins and experts that give out advice. You could remain anonymous if you like; or not if that is what you want. Designers could also get feedback to determine if people like their work. People could also get ideas from all over the world; you never know where the next trend will pop up 1st. People could im, use their cell phone's video or use a number of other ways so that it works as a mobile application. Men could also avoid having to tell their wives that yes, they do look fat in that outfit. They could just tell her to go to this site.
I though of this idea about 3 years ago; I have always wanted to implement it. Have you ever noticed that it sometimes helps to get as much feeedback as possible in order to make sure that you look okay? (Especially if it is for an interview, or a special occasion.) I have; and sometimes I don't agree with the advice of the people around me. That's how I thought of this.
Kind of like http://dresskevin.com/ but for anyone.
Sounds like a) a good idea if you really can't be objective about your own sense of style, and b) entertainment for the rest of us! Just hope the picture feedback is somewhat helpful, and not just hurtful... perhaps let the pic poster give "cred" for good comments?
Like it!
Not bad. I like this idea.
