The Idea

assist RTPs in their ability to comunicate with each other outside of Bi-monthly RT meetings. Also allow for all stakeholders to comunicate on items of mutual interest (especially from the field)

I thought of this idea when I was...

I thought of this business when I realized that we would soon be struggling to host meetings with large numbers of participants

Can you please advise what is an RTP ?

Can you please define "Stakeholder" as it applies to this idea ?

There are lots of mechanisms available to assist communication such as mailing lists, forums, etc. What specific functionality do you have in mind? Is this development of a branded site using conventional tools like forums or development of a new type of communication tool?

I'm not figtreepaul, but it seems clear from context that "RT" is round table, as indicated by the title, and RTP clearly refers to members of the round table so it probably "round table participant" or somesuch.

It would help talking about how you are going to do this. Right now to me it looks as if you only identified a problem you are having. But, there is no idea here on how the solution would work.
