The Idea
I called it C3S. It is basically something like a mail server but using Wireless phone SMS (Short Message Service) or Text Messaging. We use 1 or more phone, connected to a server that will perform sending and receiving of SMS message and regulate it to the proper recipient message box.
Customer can reach the company via cell phone at any place and time where Internet is hard to get. Cell phone SMS is the best solution to reach people anytime. The customer service will help customer at their desk using a chat software that will be routed to the appropriate customer via the cellphones.
This can also be used as marketing tools to get customer survey or any other survey.
I thought of this idea when I was...
I was trying to reach a computer vendor support, but there was no Internet connection around. I wished that I can use SMS to reach the customer service and poof the idea came out of selling product such as C3S.
