The Idea
A website for people who are looking to sell their electronics that are left lying around the house not being used. And a place for people who are looking for a discount and are willing to buy the said used electronics.
The site wouldn't be involved with the transaction, there are no payments to the website. It's free unless there is some sort of premium members option.

This idea is pretty generic, and you'll have a killing competition. But it's worth a try if you think you can differentiate!
