The Elevator Pitch

For employers who are looking to hire smart employees the EmployeeSearchbyIQ.com is a website that allows you to find the cognitive elite. Unlike regular job sites our product makes hiring geniuses easy.

The Idea

Why not have a employer/employee search site that tests all job searchers' IQ and display the results (confidentially) to the potential employers? I would think most employers would welcome
seeing a concrete measure of a candidate's mental aptitude. Of course, IQ would be just one of several aspects on which to judge a candidate.
Skeptics who believe that IQ scores are of no value could simply ignore this data point.

I thought of this idea when I was...

Too many idiots are getting the jobs I should have gotten.
