The Idea
Do you have an important salary talk soon? Does your boss want to send you and your colleagues to an expensive customer interaction course? Buy online time on the website and practise different situations with actors/accessors. You can interact with them via webcam. Can you deal with -the angry customer-? Can you talk your virtual boss into promoting you?
I thought of this idea when I was...
I worked for a big insurance company that would send us to expensive assesments with actors and psychologists at conference locations. Cut down on those costs by offering the same on the Internet.

Those same psychologists will tell you that this stuff just isn't the same via webcam (my wife's thesis was on a very similar topic). Also, paying actors is liable to reduce your profit margin considerably.
