The Idea
Simply put, have a place on your real estate sign out front of your house for sale where people can text to a number with the number listed and receive pictures and info, maybe even video if available. maybe even be able to take a walk through the house right now for a fee where they the user is given the combination to the house which is changed at designated intervals.

Drove past a house that I was interested in and could not reach someone by phone and the info sheets where all gone. When someone finally got back to me they said it would be 2 days before I could see the inside of the house.
