The Idea

I am working to create a network of unique online radio channels focused on specific independent music genres and also several channels devoted to specific themes such as The Beatles and Woodstock.

These will be monetized in a unique way by offering a membership program linked to each channel, which extend the listener experience from passive to active and offer them additional content and facilities.

Core to the plan is the believe that the audience deserves to have a say in the development of the network, the channels and all aspects of the business after all no audience no network.

I thought of this idea when I was...

I was driving cross country earlier this year and realized how boring the radio offered from the main FM stations had become - it is time for a change and time to make internet radio come to life.
