The Elevator Pitch
For web site developers and companies who will have opportunity to promote yourself using the contest is a web design area that could be very attractive. Unlike offline opportunitues our product could bring fame to competitors.
The Idea
Announce a website contest with prizes. Contest: create subsite on the main contest site with the highest attendance. Web site developers will create subsites with attendance as much as possible.
Prizes could be privided by contest sponsor (like web desing studio, inernet provider or so) or by contest owner (the prize sum depends on contest range).
Main target is to attract people to contest and sponsor(advertise) and head hunting for web site developers.
After contest you will have contacts with a set of web developers teams and these all sites will still have users traffic.

I was thinking about web design education for novice developers.
