food (mainly fast-food like pizza, but also salads) and DVD-rental delivery service on the highway.

The logistics of this are virtually impossible.
Hmmmm...I could almost see this working if it were done using the model of the old-school ice cream truck. I sit in traffic in the exact same spot at the exact same time every evening, and I'm usually starving. If a moped were to come by my window offering the chance to choose from a selection of snacks, I might bite (no pun intended).
what if the jam clears before the pizza arrives?
hey dude - where's my free pizza!?
huh
sorry this has to be a joke
Hmmm
in Texas its illegal to have a screen in your dashboard.

You had to be blowed when you wrote this, seriously
You'd have to track the customers by GPS in case the jam cleared up....
This is bad... sorry I meant to say BAD.
