You've landed in the archive of the Cambrian House community. We've kept some pages here for posterity but the community is no longer active. Now we market the technology that made our early crowdsourcing a success.
Can we help you get to Cambrian House the company? – Come on over.

A somewhat pyramid-like structured game where you set a charity at the top of the piramid. People can battle each other on how much they are willing to pay or raise for a charity. You put in an X amount of money, but promise to add a dollar/euro for everyone that also pays this X amount of money. Both opponents pick a different charity. The twist/game element: you are not searching for people to match your money, but you're searching people to match your opponents charity. Because if he has to lay down his weapon 'I can't afford to continue this game', then the other guy has won. So you are trying to bankrupt your opponent by raising money for charities. This might be an excellent way for people to resolve their problems btw :)
I'm thinking of putting some sort of game element in my charity social network site I'm working on (http://www.makingthesite.com for more info). But a game would probably clutter the clarity and interface of the site, so maybe Cambrian can set up a seperate site for a game (perhaps connected to Helpalot.org, the charity social network site).
Interesting idea, I'll grant you that, but I don't see how CH can make money from it.
