It's free! Like love in the sixties!
A music DVD that has a dozen or so music clips on it that can be played like a regular DVD, however using the interactive features, the person watching the DVD could watch and step through a series of lessons on creating a dance routine for the same songs.
Primary market would be young girls, but you could also bring out some hip hop and rap style dvd's that target boys as well.
Excellent follow on business as you keep releasing new dvd's with new songs on it.
I was watching my 8 yo daughter dancing to a music clip and noticed she was trying to copy the moves the girls in the clip were doing. And she was getting confused, and couldn't keep up. I thought what she needed was a way she could get still watch the clip, but also learn some dance moves for the same song.
intresting! but aren't there a bulk of dance schools ...n even in schools they do teach!
okay am talkin of wats happenin in india!
Dance schools are around, but I was thinking more for the home use so they can dance in their bedroom, or with their friends. Buying one DVD is certainly a hell of a lot cheaper than sending kids to Dance schools - I know, I've done that...
Thanks for the comments.
Have you ever seen the movie Napoleon Dynamite?

"A couple of days earlier, while browsing a second-hand store, Napoleon had found a hip-hop dancing video and learned all the moves."
Of course, dance instruction discs (lps, tapes, vhs, dvd) go back nearly 100 years. Without video, you got paper foot-maps with numbered steps.
That's not to say you can't make money with it, but there is already competition.
There are a lot of "dance instructional" dvds out in the market right now but not a lot (from the top of my head) specifically marketed towards children.
