The Idea

A exclusive medical social network similar to facebook for physicians. It can have revenue model like sermo. The drawback in sermo is , its only for US doctors. This site is for all who are physicians. The Idea has been in Live for a year now and lot of people are coming in. you can check this facebook clone for Medical professionals in here at www.medicspeak.com.

I thought of this idea when I was...

Social networking boom in recent past, and didnt find any good one for doctors, where they can discuss and help each other.

I'm not liking the idea.. there are networks for Physicians and other medical professionals through professional organizations.

It's actually a great idea, but already out there. Pfizer, and I believe some other pharmaceutical companies have even invested in one. But then again, that might be it's downfall... the name escapes me right now.

Try to reinvent your idea a little bit. Maybe you could come up with something better. There are more great ideas out there!!!

Why would US doctors seek advice from doctors of developing countries? When it is the latter that send people to the former to study medicine?
