The Idea

Here is an idea that is for sure one of a kind....

My idea is a website that gives people everyone a voice. My site will give people, of every country in the world, a chance to speak up about their government.

How it works:

1. People create a user account, they can make it so that they are anonymous (helps people keep safe from their government) or they (people who are granted freedom of speach) can make a more personel profile.

2. Once they have created an account, they can take part in the Political View environment. What you can do is:
-speak up about how you feel about your government
-talk in debate forums or chat rooms about government issues (war, decisions, etc.)
-upload videos expressing peoples opinions (like the ones you see on tv)

I thought of this idea when I was...

Interesting idea. My question is this: What makes your product better than a blog/vlog? Is it the sense of community? Whatever it is, you need to build it up. Keep working on this one. =]

Hi Trey.
Anonymous and wwweb is not exactly a match made in heaven.
I don’t know where you are really different from what is already out there.

How do you plan to make a profit off of this site?
Also, I've noticed you haven't commented back in a week. =[

There's more than enough places to do this, and even if, these type of debates rarely remain stable, unless you had a great monitoring system this would always end up an arguing match.

Sure they are anonymous until the government comes in to the ISP with a search warrant, retrieves the IP address of the user and tracks him down. I think you are suffering under an illusion in thinking that anything on the Internet is anonymous.

The problem is, as Jkalicki said, that even with hevaily moderated forums debates tend to turn into arguments. Then you have the issues of multiple accounts and trolls who exist solely to stir up trouble.
It is an interesting idea though.

I think it could be an interesting website. I'm not sure it would make a good business.
