The Idea

A turnkey hardware/software/application solution enabling owners/executors/trustees of vacant property, renovations, multiple residences, foreclosure investments to remotely manage/control/gain peace-of-mind, lower costs and minimize insurance risk. TMVI Integrator(tm) enables a central setup for all of your digital lifestyle. It also contains proprietary solutions for all phases of the PostDeath(tm) processes that 78 million boomers need to know in order to realize $41 trillion of wealth transfer.

There are 5 model environments. I own a legal 2 family, 3 bedroom, 2 bath, deck, porch, backyard, walk to worldclass beach & shopping, jewel in NYC, ferry, train, bus to NYC, brooklyn, queens.
We are truning it into 3 condo apartments which will be for sale.
We are interested in teaming with a major real estate developer to use our model as a competitive advantage for new construction sales.
We are interested in teaming with a nationwide network of camera installers for expansion

I thought of this idea when I was...

My parents died and as a boomer trustee/executor/beneficiary, I had a fiduciary responsibility of due care for inherited originally vacant properties, as well as, I needed to determine what to do with properties in a bad sale or rental market.

I created a hardware/software/application TMVI Integrator(tm) package to create peace-of-mind and personal control of your digital lives. It includes TMVI TrustEstateWatch(tm) which enables you through a handheld communicator or through central monitoing software on the computer to get alerts based on any movement on your property and to manage workmen. You can access realtime video surveillance, speak to intruders, save videos for insurance or police, contact EMS, use included project email, project VOIP.

I think there could very well be some sort of market for this with the amount of real estate investors out there......cross marketing collaboration for all those seeking to make a living out of promoting REInvesting...

Interesting idea that might also help people whilst on holiday. To me it all depends on the cost.

Why can't the existing MS Excel, Access software be macro-ed to perform these functions?
