The Idea
A turnkey hardware/software/application solution enabling owners/executors/trustees of vacant property, renovations, multiple residences, foreclosure investments to remotely manage/control/gain peace-of-mind, lower costs and minimize insurance risk. TMVI Integrator(tm) enables a central setup for all of your digital lifestyle. It also contains proprietary solutions for all phases of the PostDeath(tm) processes that 78 million boomers need to know in order to realize $41 trillion of wealth transfer.
There are 5 model environments. I own a legal 2 family, 3 bedroom, 2 bath, deck, porch, backyard, walk to worldclass beach & shopping, jewel in NYC, ferry, train, bus to NYC, brooklyn, queens.
We are truning it into 3 condo apartments which will be for sale.
We are interested in teaming with a major real estate developer to use our model as a competitive advantage for new construction sales.
We are interested in teaming with a nationwide network of camera installers for expansion

I think there could very well be some sort of market for this with the amount of real estate investors out there......cross marketing collaboration for all those seeking to make a living out of promoting REInvesting...
Interesting idea that might also help people whilst on holiday. To me it all depends on the cost.
