Hello!

You've landed in the archive of the Cambrian House community. We've kept some pages here for posterity but the community is no longer active. Now we market the technology that made our early crowdsourcing a success.

Can we help you get to Cambrian House the company? – Come on over.

The Idea

An online community for people who want to MESS WITH SOCIETY by completing dares and recording it. Compete with others for a great prize, read other's stories, post new dares.

I thought of this idea when I was...

...pondering the ways of the universe and wondering how many people follow these "rules of society" without even realizing it. Rules such as "When riding an elevator, all occupants must stand facing the door." I mean who makes up these rules anyways? Other fun dares that come to mind: - have a coffee with a complete stranger for 5 minutes - don't look in a mirror for 24 hours

It's a cool idea though, and it would be interesting to see a decentralised implementation as you have suggested.
