I thought of this idea when I was...
I had a long string of terribly bad dates on Match.com. I thought to myself, there should be a dating site where you can date in groups . . . with your friends! The idea evolved from there.

I like your website idea. Social networking is popular right now. You see facebook and myspace they are big. If you could offer something what everybody is "REALLY REALLY wanting" you could be the next facebook. So your social networking idea got to have something unique about it that attracts a lot of people. Don't give up on your idea.
I have just joined CH...your idea is current...ironically I work for a company in Cape Town SA called MXIT which is Africas fastest uptake of technology java IM app...includes many social networking areas and is mainly geared around mobile...just reached our 9 millions user this week...
