K, maybe you haven't noticed but 90% of dating sites or at least the top dating sites all have this ability. Sure the video quality may not be High Def but that is not fault of the site, that is the fault of the user for not buying a +1000$ HD digital video camera. :P I haven't checked Lavalife in a long while but I was pretty sure they allowed for video in there profiles. True.com does I know for sure and those other ones I can't remember the names of...

I think I've seen this already in a couple of places.

An interesting aside is that the pornography industry is currently cursing the advent of HD, not embracing it, because all of a sudden their actors and 'content' have become very vivid and all the bleamishes and imperfections have become obvious.

Therefore, I can imagine that:

a) The physical image of the person will suffer because of the high quality i.e. like me, the person would come out looking like a gargoyle!

b) If you have video dating, I'm presuming that you are opting for 'video' for a reason! In that respect, you may siffer from the same problems that the porno vendors are encountering!
