Hello All,
You must be thinking everyone is doing it, then what is new in my idea?
Here is the key, my idea is to make business outsourcing within one country. Suppose a US resident wants a website then he can post the work and only US citizens will be working for him.
Now why this?
Most of the task outsourced are not successful and in the end provider & buyer become loser. Even if provider is doing something wrong then buyer can't touch him due to countries law and distance.
Working from same country can allow buyer & sellers contacting each other specially in case of any dispute.
Simply I want to develop something clone of elance.com but with rules of citizenship.
Thanks
There are some companies already doing this. I think it is called 'insourcing'. Lou Dobbs would like to talk about this
test
I'm pretty sure if you use a site like Rent-a-Coder or Guru.com you have the ability to restrict to people within a specific country/state/geographic region.
cool idea wish you luck
